Presentation

This exercise is given at almost all graduate assessment centres and offers a real opportunity to shine.
Great presentations are about ensuring that you develop the appropriate skill set to ensure a crisp, memorable and engaging delivery.

Part 1 – 30 minutes reading & preparation

Part 2 – 10 minutes presentation to the 'client'

Part 3 – 15 minutes Q&A session from the 'client'

Participating in this session will enable you to:

  • Recognise the importance of presentation skills in typical graduate roles, and how employers will look for evidence of these in the application process..

  • Understand how to effectively plan and structure a presentation.

  • Develop the techniques required to give a presentation and speak effectively in public.

  • Give presentations at an interview or assessment centre with increased confidence

Feedback

Individual, 1-1 feedback

* Note: As with all of our exercises, if you are applying for a role in the minority jobs that do not ask you to complete a presentation, this session will be exchanged with a role specific exercise.
